-Omake 1: The Adventure to Loonalot!-

Madison sat up from her bed, stretching her body out with a tired yawn. She expected to hear the soothing sounds of birds chirping, but was instead welcomed by a loud roar, causing her to leap out of bed in shock.

"W-What the heck was that?!" Madison questioned aloud. It was then she discovered that she was not in her room.

Instead, she was in a wooden room of sorts. The bed she slept in, made out of the same material, had a light pink rug and a barely fluffed pillow.

Madison also noticed her clothing was far from what she would barely pass as clothing, much less sleep in.

She wore a short white mini skirt and a sliver white breastplate where the top part was cut out from the chest area. Her sides were completely exposed, and she wore short white gloves and boots.

If she had a larger chest, her embarrassment would've increased tenfold, but that was the least of her worries.

Outside the window, a loud sound resonated, causing the room to shake in vibration. Madison rose up from the floor and gazed out of the window.

"Oh my fruity pebbles, it's a freaking T-Rex!"

Sure enough, a massive red T-Rex roamed outside through a lush green field. Madison simply stared in both awe and freight at the creature, unable to believe what she was seeing.

"Ah, adventurer, I am glad you are awake."

Madison turned around to see her mother wearing a medieval styled green dress.

"Um, Mom," she blinked rapidly to see what she was seeing was real, "What is this place?"

"Mom?" her mother tilted her head sideways, confused, "I am but a simple innkeeper, dear adventurer. I do not recall ever being addressed by such a title?"

"Oh, I see, this is a dream." Madison realized, "I have to say, this is quite the dream I'm having. At least it's not as weird as that flying dolphin in a sea of gumdrops."

"I have no idea what you're talking about." her mother stared at her as if she was crazy, a reaction she would commonly give her, "But you mustn't was time here. The Court of Loonalot wishes to speak with you."

"I'll get right on it, Miss." Madison playfully agreed and walked to the door.

Just as she stepped outside, she tripped over a pebble and landed face first to the ground.

"Oww..." Madison groaned in pain, rubbing her face to calm the ringing in her head.

Pain?

How could she feel pain if she was in a dream? It should not be possible for it to happen.

"Now that's a pair, if I do say so myself."

Madison quickly turned around to see a pair of old men staring at her with perverse smiles on their faces. It didn't take long for her to know what exactly they were smiling about.

"P-Perverts!" Madison screamed as she ran down the street, her cheeks flustered in deep embarrassment. How she wished this was a dream.

After running around for minutes, Madison concluded she was lost. She wasn't sure how she ended up in the middle of nowhere. There was nothing but a grassy field to see for miles on end.

Madison sighed. "How did I end up in this situation? I'm I in a different world? Did I fall down a rabbit hole? Why I'm I dressed in such skimpy clothes? Nothing makes sense!" she shouted to herself.

Despite being frustrated, Madison couldn't help but feel at peace in such a tranquil scenery. The cool breeze of the wind placed her mind at ease from her troubles, as if she could lay down without a care in the world.

"I guess this isn't so bad." she said. She yawned and felt a drowsy sensation course through her body. "Perhaps a short nap will be good for my mind."

"Do not sleep in these fields!" a loud, booming voice knocked the drowsiness out of her.

"W-Who?!"

A man dressed in bright yellow clothing ran towards her, playing a lute and moving as if he was riding a horse.

"Young lass!" the man said in a merry tone, still playing the lute in a broken rhythm, "These fields are dangerous to the soul! For if you sleep in these fields, the Spirit Snatchers will steal your soul!"

"My soul?!"

"Yes, your soul! Must I repeat myself?!" the man angrily asked.

"Wait a second." Madison's eyes widen in realization. "Mr. Iven?! Why are you... How are you..."

"I do not have time for games, missus!" Mr. Iven said, holding his lute upright with a proud expression on his face, "I must depart to the Court of Loonalot! Lady Angelina awaits for her bard!"

Before the teacher slash bard could dash off, Madison stopped him. "Lady Angelina? Who is that?"

Mr. Iven stopped playing his lute and glared at her.

"Who is Lady Angelina?" he repeated as if offended, "How can a maiden not know of the great Lady Angelina?! You bring shame to your family for not knowing..."

"Can you just tell me who she is?!" Madison blurted out in anger. She wouldn't dare act such a way towards Mr. Iven, but this version of him irked her more than anything. She was also tired of being left in the dark.

"Very well," Mr. Iven the Bard said, fixing his posture in preparation to speak, "Long ago in the land of Loonalot, darkness reign had reign over the land. It was until one day, a young lass was born and the darkness retreated! It feared the shining glow radiating from her chest and the people could finally fight against it.

"It was thanks to her presence, that we were able to produce this very land we stand on today! Thus, we gladly gave her the highest rule over the kingdom as our fair lady."

"So where does live?"

"The Loon Castle." Mr. Iven said in a matter-of-fact tone, "Are you perhaps foreign to this land? That would explain why you do not know our fair lady."

"Um, yes, I am." Madison said, using it as an excuse not to further deepen his anger towards her.

"Well then, it is settled."

"What is?"

"I shall take you the castle myself!" Mr. Iven the Bard proclaimed. "To the castle we go!"

Before Madison could utter a word of objection, the bard grabbed by the wrist and forcefully dragged her along.

Within an hour's time, the two arrived at the Loon castle. The bright, white stone of the castle walls gave off a warming atmosphere to entire field surrounding it.

The two approached the large metal castle gates. Much to Madison's surprise, there was not a guard in sight.

"Who goes there?"

From a window nearby, a boy with multicolored hair popped his head to see them.

"Oh, Lysander." Madison immediately recognized him. It seemed everyone in this world had a parallel identity to the people she knew.

"I say, that is an adorable outfit you wear, miss." Lysander said in a gleeful tone, "But I must acquire your name and purpose to enter."

"I am Iven the Bard!" Mr. Iven announced with his hands on his hips and a wide smile on his face, "I am here for..."

"Yes, we know who are you, sir." Lysander the Guard sighed in annoyance, "I was addressing the lovely lady next to you."

"Oh, um, I am Madison the... Adventurer." Madison announced, mimicking the bard with a forced smile.

Lysander the Guard gasped, taken aback by her words. "I-I cannot believe this! Are you truly... You must come inside right away! The Court has been waiting for you!"

With that, the guard opened the gate. Madison walked forward, glad that it wasn't a hassle to get inside. Mr. Iven looked at Madison with a curious look, but decided to let it by and followed her.

As soon as they entered the main hall, they were welcomed by a group that Madison, who of course, recognized.

"So you're the Adventurer, huh?" Alfred, donning yellow armor, said in his usual uppity tone, "I expected someone of more... class."

"I expect she has more manners than you though." Dina, donning reddish-purple armor, remarked.

"Does it matter how she dresses? All that really matters is if she can do her job." King, who ironically wasn't dressed as a king, yawned in boredom. He too donned similar armor like the others, but it had a golden shine to it.

"I am glad you can join us, Adventurer."

Walking towards them was Angelina. She wore a frilly white dress that not only complimented her features, but also displayed a good amount of cleavage. She was just as beautiful and radiant as her real life counterpart.

"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance," Lady Angelina smiled. Madison could've sworn she felt her feet leaping off the ground. "I am the ruler of this land, Lady Angelina." she bowed, much to the grateful, peeping eyes of everyone in the hall.

I swear everyone in this world is a pervert. Madison commented inwardly.

"Now that everyone is here, I would like to inform why I have called all of you here today." Lady Angelina said, her expression turned serious, "As many can see, there is a giant T-Rex roaming our land."

"One would have to be blind not to see it." King the Knight commented, digging wax out of his ear.

"Yes, it has become quite the problem lately. Normally my knights would take care of this situation... However, the scales of the monster are far too thick for their swords to pierce through."

"Not to mention, that thing is threatening the lives of the people and ruining the lives of animals. It simply doesn't belong here." Alfred the Knight scoffed, annoyed.

"I wish we could find a home for it to peacefully live in, but alas we have come to the dreadful conclusion that we must slay it." Lady Angelina's face sadden at the thought of the fate of the poor dinosaur.

"Um, quick question." Madison raised her hand. "What do I have to do with any of this?"

"You're the one whose gonna kill it." Dina the Knight answered.

"What?! Why me?!"

"Dear Adventurer, you are the only one who can slay this beast." Lady Angelina said, "You possess a great power no other can obtain! Please, you must help our land!" she grasped Madison's hands, gazing deep into her eyes with her diamond glittering blue eyes. "I beg of you."

Madison could feel her heart pumping faster just looking at them. She wouldn't forgive herself if she no to her call for help. Without a second thought, she agreed to take the monster.

"Whoever thought this was a good idea?"

Madison stood before the T-Rex, a sword in hand and legs shaking frantically. The dinosaur simply glared at the puny human before it, not at all threaten.

Madison had absolutely no idea what to do. It was already proven that the world she was real, meaning the event was of life and death.

Was she really about to die by being munched to death by a giant T-Rex? Out of all the ways to die, this was the last thing that would even cross her mind.

The T-Rex opened its jaw, bearing its sharp teeth, and bite at Madison. All Madison could simply do was scream as its teeth closed in on her...

In just like that, she awoken back in her room. She discovered she was laying face down on the floor and climbed back into her bed.

It's a shame I didn't get to defeat the giant red T-Rex.

Madison attended a regular school, had a regular life, and is considered an all around normal, sociable person. So why she is forced to attend the School for Looneys, a school for students unfit for normal society? That question, she does not know. My story I am writing for NaNo (National Writing Month).
